An exceptionally strong bond has grown between them that nothing seems to be able to break. But when Alex falls in love, the world begins to shake. Robin feels abandoned and plunges into an uncontrollable free fall, from which his older brother desperately tries to reach him back. Alex carries guilt, love and duty in his chest \u2013 but can anyone be saved if they don\u2019t want to be saved?<\/p>\n<p>Maria Eriksson-Hecht\u2019s directorial debut had its world premiere at the Gothenburg Film Festival in January 2025 and has received positive reviews from Swedish critics. Kevlarsj\u00e4l \u2013 Shockproof Soul is nominated for the Guldbagge Awards for Best Film, Direction, Screenplay (Pelle R\u00e5dstr\u00f6m), Leading Actor (Josef Kersh), Supporting Actor (Torkel Petersson and Jonay Pineda Skallak) and Editing (Mervi Junkkonen and Robert Krantz).  <\/p>\n<p>Kevlarsj\u00e4l, a Nordic co-production, was co-produced by Misha Jaari and Mark Lwoff from the production company Bufo.
